Most recently, I served as the Dean of Middle School Instruction at Holly Park Academy in Lansing, MI. Under my leadership, scholars and teachers thrived. In my role as the Dean of Middle School Instruction, I served as an instructional coach, where I worked collaboratively with teachers to develop their pedagogical expertise, During my tenure, scholars achieved unprecedented success on standardized assessments. I also led the efforts to reinvigorate the athletic department at Holly Park Academy. Finally, I was instrumental in cultivating a school culture that embraced extracurricular activities.I view myself as a servant leader who is deeply committed to helping organizations and individuals reach their full potential. Through intentional planning, thoughtful execution, and data-driven evaluation, I will help organizations achieve their goals. Most importantly, however, I am dedicated to the task of empowering individuals. In my view, organizations that have the capacity to develop a person's skills and abilities will flourish. My professional journey has taken my from the Unites States Peace Corps to classrooms around the world. I have been privileged to learn from visionary professionals who are not only competent but compassionate as well. At this point, I look forward to bringing my energy and experience to an organization that is focused on delivering tangible outcomes while simultaneously enriching society.
