An integral member of a four man team for 6 months in a forward operating position utilising specialist communications equipment to provide customers with a very specific articulate product.Liaised with two local language interpreters, using appropriate man management skills and sensitivity to often deal with complex cultural issues and personal problems on a daily basis.Produced a comprehensive daily report to senior managers detailing overall output for the day and any shortfalls that I could foresee in the near or distant future preventing multiple working hours being lost and enhancing the teams' operational capability.Gave detailed presentations to senior management, displaying an ability and confidence to speak in front of others and answer questions with ease.

Was promoted within to team leader for a significant period, a role normally assigned to a senior person. Performed to a high standard, again using complex communications equipment and information management to form a product for distribution to multiple customers. This product comprised analysis of the data with a continuous lessons learned synopsis fed back to the internal customers and team.Liaised with multiple Government agencies and senior members of the ship to constantly update and analyse our dynamic operational status.

A very intense and demanding course dealing with the exploitation and analysis of complex radio signals.Strong mathematical skills and the ability to fully dissect information were at the forefront of all the training, which I passed to an exemplary standard.

First experience of life on a ship, dealing with adverse living conditions and displaying an aptitude to learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment.Performed to a high standard giving reports and presentations to senior management about the locations of various enemy locations in an exercise scenario, enabling the command to plan future operations effectively.
