Scotch Asset Care LeadDiageo Jan 2024 - Jun 2024London, GbCarried out a category wide project to diagnose, design and implement an Asset Care strategy. This opportunity crossed Malt Distilling, Grain Distilling, Maturation and Packaging, to firstly review working models and design a model that would connect each area to one overall strategy. I was lucky enough to travel around Scotland to understand the different challenges such as remote locations and islands, and large scale operations with smaller workforces. The project delivered a new aligned strategy that has been successfully implemented and rolled out.
