- Produce and support direct marketing campaigns that includes statements, letters, mailings, inserts and tax vouchers both on a regular and an ad hoc basis- Database and email template management to deliver tailored messages in agreed formats to segmented audiences - this includes reviewing campaign analytics to increase engagement - Liaise with external suppliers and agencies to coordinate mailings, email campaigns for online and offline promotions- Liaise with internal stakeholders including distribution, proposition, compliance, operations and customer experience, and ensure the business is kept updated about scheduled communications- Work with the Events & PR Executive to ensure that the appropriate communications are delivered before, during and after regional conferences, workshops and round table events- Work with the digital designer and developer on updating and maintaining our website and new microsites- Produce promotional content in the form of presentations to support the Distribution Team to sell the tools and services we offer to existing and potential clients

- Create and deliver email communications, keeping our advisor network up to date on a number of subjects including key market insight, news, company or regulatory updates- Help manage our Fund Manager programme, collating communications including competitions, social media, web banners and promotional videos- Work with the digital designer and developer on updating and maintaining our website and new microsites- Represent the marketing team at wider projects, working on ad hoc projects as and when required- Ensure that the marketing communications objectives are delivered in line with key messages and brand guidelines
