I currently have three main functions within Applied Information:Technical Writer - I, together with other writers at the company, perform Document Development and Editing (for internal and external use), including user manuals, promotional material for our products, reports, briefs, product cut sheets, bid proposals and tenders, technical documentation, and other related documents in support of client or project requirements. To date, our team has successfully completed a number of high quality bids within specified timeframes.eLearning Content Coordinator - I am responsible for instructional design for our eLearning platform, where I identify knowledge gaps within the company and within our client and distributor networks, and curate content creation for uploading to our eLearning platform. I also manage the platform, and am responsible for editing and uploading video content, creating course questions and quizzes, and monitoring performance metrics with assistance from the rest of the team.Social Media Manager - I create original content based on product knowledge, upcoming events, company events, and industry news, and post on our social media channels a minimum of three times a week. I also receive video content from the media team, and create original written content that complements the video post.

My approach involved encouraging the student to speak as much as they could on any topic they fancied without interruption, judgment or pressure.
