UMOW is a logistics and technology company in the home services industry. My primary role is to expand services and offerings through a new joint venture called Sparkle Cleaning. Sparkle competes in two distinct areas: 1. developing software uniquely tailored to large-scale cleaning companies. 2. providing homecleaning services that leverage on our proprietary software and UMOW's existing customer base.For the software side, my responsibilities are to acquire new business, develop internal processes, and serve as a trusted consultant throughout the development, deployment, and support process for clients. As proof of concept and a key achievement for the venture, I supported and led negotiations to win a contract providing a complete logistics, payment, and scheduling solution for the 2nd largest homecleaning company in Austin. For the homecleaning business, my role is to improve processes related to payment, scheduling, customer support, and employee onboarding and training. Under my supervision, the company improved our contractor incentive model, grew our per team capacity, and expanded the number of clean teams from 1 to 6 to meet increased demand.

Worked tirelessly to help young people in SE Asia cultivate opportunities in IT for the future. • Taught over 1,400 Thai students in 8th and 9th how to program in HTML, JavaScript, and C#. • Created a school-endorsed event, the"Hacker Talk Program", where Silicon Valley security researchers discuss career and life opportunities in IT with students.• Led study abroad initiative to produce candidates for the world's top 100 universities. I recruited 5 foreign teachers as well as Thai administrators to support this initiative. • Built a computer science curriculum that teaches C# and Autodesk 3D modeling for 9th graders at a Thai K-12 school.

Served as a point of contact and developer for TIPS, QDOD, QCM, and ESuite issues raised by Chevron, a high-profile client transacting an average of 1.2 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 455,000 barrels of crude and NGLs through TIPS daily. • Diagnosed and resolved client software issues, created estimates, and wrote functional and technical design documents to outline the scope of work and change process.• Developed SQL reporting enhancements for royalty interest and tax calculations in QDOD. • Organized patching, build packaging, testing, and release into client test and production environments.• Fixed software bugs and data issues with C++ and C# code changes and PL/SQL database scripts.

Worked on projects to improve Quorum's build testing processes and deliver build releases for DCP Midstream, who manages over $1.8 billion of energy revenue transactions through our application annually.• Developed database scripts, tools, and formalized procedures to safely and quickly create a replica production environment. These processes cut QA testing and build testing time from 45 hours to 22 hours per cycle.• Created and cleaned testing scripts for TIPS, QDOD, QCM, and ESUITE applications that reduced negative downstream impacts from code changes.• Collaborated among internal stakeholders and project teams to facilitate input and buy-in for improving build testing procedures.• Our efforts reduced build error, encouraged clients to update their builds, and allowed faster turnaround for testing issues.

Developed, debugged, and QA tested Quorum Upstream applications in a collaborative project setting.• Diagnosed and debugged data processing and functional problems by diving through stored procedures, batch code, and application code using a mix of C#, C++, Oracle's PL/SQL, and MSSQL.• Reviewed code and database script changes, merged changes for upcoming build releases, and ensured all changes adhered to Quorum's best practices and coding standards.• Created GUI and functional enhancements for Quorum's Upstream accounting application, particularly QCA and QCFS.• Developed and supported data-driven financial reporting in Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reports to provide ownership percentages, cost detailing, balance sheets, and an overall financial picture among producers and business associates.
