Duties included:* Involvement in over 16 projects ranging in scale from a deck extension to multi residential and commercial upwards of $10m, and everything in between.* Worked as lead contact and project architect for a number of projects of different scales. The responsibility and work load increased as I rapidly gained experience.* Extensive time spent researching and complying with Australian standards and the National Construction Code as well as Local Environment Plans and Development Control Plans.* Prepared and submitted development applications to a number of councils including Newcastle City Council.* Design and Construction documentation.* Extensive time communicating with consultants and sub consultants.
