Director Warehouse Division (Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk) exercising full responsibility, managerial authority and accountability for the planning, coordination, staff direction and accomplishment of all divisional program activities, functions, and operations in accordance with laws, policies, regulations and acceptable practices. Operates and maintains a coastal ordnance handling facility), and Special Materials Supply Branch (SMSB) which provides small-arms processing support, classified material storage and processing, and personal effects processing for operational units worldwide.

Duties includes providing full logistics support to Serve as Site Director for the East Division, Supply Management Division (SMD), Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), lead the development and execution of divisional programs and strategies. Manage a diverse team of over 150 members, including government civilians, military personnel, and government contractors. Oversee various departments, including Supply Operations, Customer Operations, Aviation Support, Philadelphia/Mechanicsburg Site, Fuel, and Material. Review and develop long-term and short-term program policies, goals, objectives, and measurement criteria to enhance operational efficiency. Serve as a subject matter expert and key advisor to the Commanding Officer (FLCN and Patuxent River NAS) on program operating strategies and plans. Prepared and delivered expert advice on logistics policy, procedures, processes, and programs to the base commander. I have in-depth knowledge and experience working in DLA’s Enterprise Business System (EBS), Business System Management (BSM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). I used GTN, Asset Visibility (AV), DoD Emall, and other DLA and DoD web or computer programs. I provided logistical assistance/technical expertise to all U.S. military activities (Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines). I created, inducted, and tracked new business opportunities for DSCP.
