 Prepared detailed credit reviews of borrowers covering retail, power, infrastructure, transportation, municipal and tourism sectors. Analyzed financial and operating performance of borrowers and recommended changes to internal ratings if necessary. Reviewed compliance certificates and covenant calculations to ensure they were consistent with the transaction structure and loan documents. Participated in meetings with senior management of borrowers to gain insights into recent results and near and long-term outlook of their businesses.  Created a database for wind power and infrastructure projects which helped Senior Analysts to compare structures of existing transactions and new transactions.  Assisted senior analysts in processing amendment and waiver requests.

 Responsible for selling, organizing and coordinating non-ski activities at the resort. Direct point of contact for resort guests and independent operators. Content, editing, distributing, of marketing materials including weekly publications.

Responsible for instructing ECON 2P23 – Managerial Economics. Responsibilities also included grading, administration of examinations, holding office hours during the week, and to help facilitate student learning in any way possible.

 Awarded government grant that covered initial investment to open new business from scratch.  The company successfully focused on customer satisfaction and was independently owned and managed. All marketing and promotional activity was initiated and carried through by me. Attended entrepreneurship training sessions bi-weekly as part of the grant agreement. The program was titled ‘Summer Company.’
