I am accountable for all things customer and ensure our CSAT performance is delivered to ensure customers are receiving the best customer service possible. In my role, I have reshaped the way colleagues serve customer through driving efficiencies and colleague engagement. Working at Sainsburys Team Valley Supermarket I am accountable for leading a team of more than 200 people. In my current role as Customer and Trading Manager for Food Services am directly accountable for our In-store Scratch Bakery, Hot Food and Pizza Counter in addition to the Cafe. Key Accountsbilities include effectively achieving key KPIs (CSAT, Sales, waste and Shrink) through effective production planning, team engagement and stock management. I am accountable for Store Risk ensuring compliance in High Risk Food Service areas, effective code rotation, Fire Safety, COVID safety, delivery safety and colleague training. Within my week I am also accountable for Trading the Supermarket leading a team of more than 200 people to deliver sales and exceptional service for our customer through great service on our checkout and delivery worked to maximise availability whilst delivering a fantastically dressed and presented store to ensure a brilliant experience.

As a Sainsbury's Argos Store Manager I am fully accountable for delivering on key KPIs including delivering Sales and driving financial services (FS) performance; maintaining P+L and colleague performance as well as ensuring colleague safety and well being whilst leading through the global coronavirus pandemic.In this role I supported the region as FS Champ which includes downlining key business updates to the regions store management, supporting compliance through regular check-ins, store visits and weekly email communication. Working with other FS champs to establish ways of working across the division.

Following Sainbury's Argos's first major management role change in more than 10 years I was successfully appointed to the role of Trading Manager. Supporting colleagues to deliver on the customer promise and using CSAT to ensure high standards are being met at door-step.Management of out of hours stock replenishment ensuring to a high standard

Responsible for the stock operation in a busy HUB store with a 4 van customer fulfillment operation and a high turnover FOH Operation.Worked in partnership Customer Fulfillment Manager and Customer Service Manager to deliver expected levels of service across multi-channeled sales.

With a transformation in process and supporting my team I was able to deliver region leading results from a historically difficult stockroom whilst supporting the store through a full digital transformation after a large investment into the store.Built relationships with EE who became the first mobile retailer to be placed into an Argos store on the NE region
