I have worked at Schindler Ltd UK for 23 years now. The department I work in handles and monitors the Key Accounts that fall within Schindler that our business decides are of 'financial strategic importance' to our company. Regarding my function within Key Accounts, my role is such that I plan the processes, all specialist reporting and extract detailed statistics from SAP, our specialist system, keeping our engineering Field Operations Operatives and our clients up to date with their assets, that are often in prime real estate locations and are of extreme logistical importance to their business, employees and customers.From the Schindler Key Account Department, we manage all aspects of business for our Key Account clients: reporting on engineering and repairs, performance statistics of their equipment, management of high priority defects, routine maintenance feedback, quotations and feedback of said quotations, so that are clients are fully informed on all areas of the mechanical engineering, commercial enterprise and capabilities of their equipment.From 2017 to 2019, I managed a team that provided this specialist support, planning the processes, approach, communication and day to day activities for my staff as they embark on meeting these challenges. I reported to the Director of Key Accounts, in terms of portfolio performance, portfolio management and portfolio PPM (Pre-planned Maintenance).I have studied LEIA Lift Technology Part 1 & 2, passing with Merit. I have studied LEIA Commercial Contract Management, passing with Merit.I recently studied Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 3 - Front Line Management (Intermediate Management) and have passed with Distinction in April 2019.Presently working as Key Account Manager (KAM) within the Schindler KAM team.
