Hydra-Electric is a middle market aerospace company that designs and manufactures highly engineered sensors and switches for Tier 1 companies and OEMs. After more than 5 years of operating losses and revenue declines, Stanton led the Company to sustainable profitability within 6 months. By the time his engagement had concluded, Hydra had grown its order book from under 2X annual revenue to 6X revenue with an active sales pipeline of 12X revenue on which it was closing more than 50% of the opportunities.

As CEO got the Company's revenues growing at greater than 100% p.a. and cash flow positive; prior to my joining it had experienced years of losses and negligible growth.

Grew the top line by 25% during a severe contraction in the target market while reducing monthly expenses 6X and getting the Company EBITDA positive.

Responsible for Finance, IT, HR, Facilities, Corporate Sales. Helped raise $42 million of capital 6 months after joining.

MAI was a public company and the leading provider of ERP solutions to more than 3,000 full-service hotels around the world. It was also a prominent global technology systems provider to the casino gaming industry.Together with the CEO we transformed this legacy hardware company into a high-growth software and services company. We grew software revenue, with 80% gross margins, from $24 million to $55 million in two and a half years and got the Company profitable.

Data Analysis Inc. is the parent company of Investor's Business Daily, William O'Neil & Co., O'Neil Data Systems, and other companies. Was instrumental in helping the group's revenues grow 6X during the period I was there.

Had regional responsibility for sales, marketing, and technical issues in the Firm's Capital Markets practice in the U.S. Southwest. Also provided business consulting, accounting and auditing services to numerous public and private company clients. As a member of Arthur Andersen's firmwide Mergers and Acquisitions Team, played a key role in several large business combinations. Assisted clients with their IPOs.
