Contracted to upgrade or replace computers across the Airports, loading software patches to ensure Millennium compliancy, and taking this opportunity to upgrade the entire mail system from CCMail to Lotus Notes 4.6. Since the successful rollout I was a Third Line Support /Installations Engineer.

Upgraded entire site from Windows 3.1 to Windows NT environment, I also wrote the backup programs to assist the rollout and after the site was completed I assisted in customer NT training and supported site for 4 weeks before handing back clients to the existing support desk.

Contracted to migrate the existing server/client base to an NT4 server / Windows 95 client environment. After the migration, I stayed for a further five months giving 2nd line support to Terminal 3.

Part of a four-man team, to migrate 5000 users from various mail systems to a MsMail structured Network. I was then taken on for a further seven months to role-out Windows 95 and RAS access to 800 laptop users via PSTN or ISDN lines.
