Duties: Serve as the G2 Intelligence Mobilization Training Action Office for Division West G2.Coordinate Intelligence training for mobilizing US Army Reserve and National Guard units priorto deployment to OIF/OEF. Primary duties included:- Responsible for the execution of the Intelligence Warfighting Training for all MI soldiers toinclude GEOINT, HUMINT/CI; All Source, and SIGINT soldiers and units being mobilized fordeployment.- Serve as Action Officer; duties include supervising and conducting development and executionof readiness validation training scenarios for units prior to deployment to Iraq or Afghanistan.- Staff level intelligence officer responsible for managing intelligence requirements, researchingand analyzing intelligence in support of First Army Division West commander requirements.- Coordinate with Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC), Army Reserve IntelligenceSupport Center (ARISC), National Guard Bureau (NGB) and US Army Reserve Command(USARC) for training exercise support.- Develop, manage and conduct training and readiness oversight for Reserve and ActiveComponent combat units as they prepare for deployment operations.- Provide Force Protection intelligence support to Division West and subordinate units as well asFort Carson units as a member of the Force Protection Working Group; monitors changes inFPCON statuses and how these changes may impact operations.- Maintain intelligence liaison with local Law Enforcement Agencies, the Installation SecurityDirectorate, and the 902nd Military Intelligence Detachment.- Supervise an intelligence NCO (35F) and manages production of the daily intelligence ReadBook presented to the Commanding General and briefed weekly to the Division Staff.- Provide Division West focused intelligence objectives, researches emerging TTP, providesintelligence analysis, and makes recommendations to training procedures to counter newenemy threat tactics as part of Red Team operations.
