With over a dozen years of experience in progressive roles and responsibilities around the health and fitness industry, I have taken on many different facets of the work place from sales and business and account management to fitness session delivery and In-person and remote training to incorporate membership software (SaaS).I am honest, enthusiastic, extremely organised and efficient, highly attentive to details, reliable and passionate about my work and my high standards I set myself in my work ethic. I enjoy working as part of a team or equally happy to work under my own initiative to help achieve the desired results.Currently engaging with both Independent clubs and gym chains as well as Anytime Fitness franchises, I work to help 600+ gyms and health clubs, with a monthly turnover of over £15 million and some 450,000 members, in implementing the software to become a profitable and successful business. In this hybrid working role and using such programmes including salesforce and hubspot, I aid them in the successful setup and training of the software used in club. Through thorough set-ups, data handling and member management, via remote training, I can help clubs to create their ideal, customised look that will allow them to operate at full effectiveness. Alongside a comprehensive account management role, I aim at giving clubs the confidence to use this software product, to the greatest of its potential and help review their business on a regular basis throughout their company journey.
