Supported new and existing clients, from diverse backgrounds on legal matters concerning Housing and Property, including tenancies and disrepair, Business and Employment, Private Client and Conveyancing.- Responsible for lead conversion and correspondence, contact drafting, office administrative work. - Additional responsibilities include on-boarding and training new staff, dealing with holidays, finances,- Collaborate with solicitors and maintained a confidential database of client information, allowing for easy tracking of customer records and interactions and document preparation.- Assisting the Conveyancing team with a variety of tasks throughout the conveyancing transaction process from initial communication with parties through to completion.

- First corporate position following graduation from LJMU. - Working within the initial enquiries and liaison team covering initial calls and onboarding of new clients to the firm.- Drafting initial retainer documentation and maintaining/nurturing leads through the use of a bespoke Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
