My name is Marissa Lewis and I am the Executive Director of People at the Fayetteville Towne Center, Starr's Mill, and Senoia Chick-fil-A's where I onboard and train new employees and develop our current and future leaders within the restaurant and through our leadership development programs. I have been in restaurant management for over a decade, and I have been with Chick-fil-A for over six years. I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Biology, and I am currently pursuing my Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology through Grand Canyon University.
