I have held senior management and Board positions with 4 major Australian Fund Managers, and have built operational structures, developed high achieving teams, implemented successful business and product strategies as well as being an active industry participant.I have a unique set of skills, having successfully blended my investment management knowledge with my operational and administration skills, to provide a broad perspective on business and industry issues. My leadership and communication skills have enabled me to build and mentor teams that have successfully met challenging objectives. Having worked in organisations that have achieved significant growth, has enabled me to develop a detailed understanding of the cultural challenges an organisation faces during periods of growth, re-organisation and change. I have successfully overseen these challenges.I enjoy sharing my experiences and knowledge with colleagues and the broader industry.I have developed a Non Executive career with several organisations. Currently I am Non-Executive Chair of the Qualitas Securities Trustee Board, Director of the Netwealth Superannuation FUnd and Chair of the Goivernance Board for Real Asset Capital Partners.I am passionate about community involvement; I am the previous Chair and of the South Metro Junior Football League (SMJFL) and was Board member for 7 years. I continue to assist the league on sub committees.
