• Led comprehensive review of high-risk technology vendor portfolio (200+ vendors); tasks include ensuring Laws, Rules & Regulations (LRRs), business processes, and enterprise areas of coverage are properly mapped to vendor relationships in system of record and are in alignment with third party standard operating procedures.• Developed standardized third-party reporting for technology enterprise critical & high-risk vendors; monthly routine will centralize key vendor metrics and data for senior leadership & coverage officers.• Led risk officers through the “LRR to Vendor Identification” project; tasks include (1) maintenance of data for 400+ enterprise critical vendors; (2) mapping of business process framework to vendor compliance risk; (3) development of management routines for risk officers and managers. • Led team of Network Managers through the risk assessment for annual “Third Party Partner Due Diligence Questionnaire.” Responsibilities include: (1) maintenance of incoming questionnaires; (2) engagement and preparation for executive governance; & (3) questionnaire revision and enhancement.• Assisted Network Management Leadership in policy design, revision and maintenance for Third Party Partner “Service Reviews”; network managers would utilize this policy to assess Third Party Partner Bank controls and due diligence at on-site visit.• Led Card Issuance team through implementation and acceptance testing for the “Vektor Camera” (envelope verification hardware), and “Chip Validation” project at the Texas and Delaware card production sites. The Vektor Camera project reduced customer defects by 93%, the Chip Reader project reduced manual chip inspection by 75%.

• Led “Item Master re-mapping” project to merge Alcon and Novartis commodity codes for better and more granular global spend data post-merger; project allowed for the efficient re-mapping of 31,000+ items from 6 commodity codes to 94 codes in addition to the establishment of business as usual routines for maintaining data quality.

• Organized and executed accuracy study to analyze baseline effectiveness of work flow engine (WFE) troubleshooting systems used by agents at AT&T Customer Care Centers; results will be used to help agents understand and resolve customer concerns at the 1st interaction.

• Taught and managed 150+ students annually; through rigorous curriculum development and innovative teaching methods, a 12% growth in pass rate on standardized testing was achieved in subjects of Geometry, Algebra 2, and Pre-Calculus.• Led team of Algebra II teachers in curriculum execution and development, standardized test preparation and the compiling of data used to measure student achievement; from this a comprehensive action plan was formed to elevate school’s academic rating from the Texas Education Agency.• Developed & taught mathematics strategy for 25+ students in 2011 Academic Decathlon competition; against all odds, the team competed at the Regional Competition for the first time in 10 years.
