-Research project targeting pediatric malnutrition in underdeveloped countries such as Nepal and India. Aims to decrease malnutrition through oral health care services.-Traveling to Nepal and India twice to provide patient care and nutrition education for over 1,000 children and their families.-Gathering data using interviews and dental exams.-Analyzing data using SPSS to determine the health factors and effects of nutrition and oral health on the well-being of Nepalese and Indian youth.-Working with team on writing grants and background paper on the project.-Coordinating undergraduate team, setting up meetings and assigning tasks as needed.
