As a consultant my principle responsibilities were to assess, build and maximise B2B sales within MTR distribution and online of Second Life Mobile products . The various projects had tight deadlines all of which were delivered ahead of time . I was given full P&L responsibility for the overall projects. Working into the (UK) Board throughout the assignment to full integration. I was also responsible for marketing, customer care, business change function (BCF), web design and audit and compliance management pertaining to all areas of business.

The business grew year on year to peak at £300,000,000. This was achieved by developing a Global business unit within the hubs of Dubai, Hong Kong , Singapore and Miami

My role was the creation, development and delivery of a world wide mobilephone hire service for British Airways customers.Visitel was the product offering and it gave BA passengers a one stop shop for phone hire at a time when roaming was very limited.The product and service was voted "service innovation" of the year by Airline critics and was delivered to every corner of the planet within 12 months.Working with prestigous units within BA including The Executive Club, Business and First brands gave the product a very high profile and revenue stream.I was very heavily involved in the sale to Vodafone for undisclosed fee.
