Over the past 10 years, I've played a key role in modernising our family business, focusing on sales growth and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and communication.One of my proudest achievements has been spearheading the development and launch of our 3D mapping software, CW360.io. This innovative client portal provides a transparent and efficient way to manage building maintenance, allowing clients to pinpoint and report faults with ease. By streamlining the report to repair pipeline, we're creating safer environments for everyone.Now, I'm thrilled to be leading the charge with Façade AI, a ground-breaking solution set to revolutionize façade inspections. By installing cameras on window cleaning cradles, Façade AI seamlessly integrates inspections into routine cleaning. This allows for more frequent inspections, leading to safer façades and a proactive approach to building maintenance.My experience at Turnstone has given me a deep understanding of the construction industry, from the ground up.
