As a recent graduate of the University of Leicester, I am working as a Private Banking Executive at Arbuthnot Latham on the International desk.I have six years of experience with economic theory but I am always looking to supplement my knowledge and ameliorate my skillset. In my final year of studies, I obtained FMVA® and CMSA® certifications, developing my financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills (including real estate, M&A and LBO transactions) as well as theoretical experience within financial markets. I combined these learning curves with virtual internship experiences and a true-to-life asset management simulation.I have experience with powerful financial platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv and Capital IQ but also worked on broadening my technological horizons with software such as SQL, Tableau and advanced Microsoft Office tools such as Power BI. Having completed my degree, I also completed my BIDA™ certification and looked to develop professional skills via the FPWM™ programme courtesy of the Corporate Finance Institute.In the near future, I am looking to gain real-world experience within private banking accompanied by progress towards CeMAP and CFA qualifications.
