About Lewis Delaney

I have been in sales since leaving college in various capacities. I started off on the phone cold calling and lead generating. Consistently hitting target and showing the correct behaviours I became a Team Supervisor. The experience I gained during this time was valuable, developing my skills for a number of different colleagues and Managers, understanding the commerciality of business and how to get the best out of people.I went on to do Field Sales and cut my teeth with more face to face visits, pitching, closing and bringing in revenue for the business. Becoming a Sales Manager was a big turning point in my career. More responsibility, bigger targets & working with a number of different clients. After transitioning from a Sales career to a learning and development path, my focus is now on people development from onboarding and inductions to management programmes. I am currently working towards my CIPD level 5 in Organisational Learning and Development
