Current• Ticket Resolution: Efficiently handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chats. Resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring timely completion of tickets.• User Account Setup and Maintenance: Set up and configure laptops and mobile devices across various operating systems (OSs) according to internal standards. Manage user accounts, access changes, and licensing.• Software Installation: Install and configure additional software as needed for users.• Printer Maintenance: Maintain printers and troubleshoot printing issues.• SaaS Application Support: Assist users with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.• Ticket Management: Report and analyze issues, ensuring timely resolution.• Network and VPN Support: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, configure VPN connections, and assist users with network-related queries.
