Design, manage, and direct the agency’s recruitment and onboarding programs and strategic diversity employment plans. Design, manage, and direct the agency’s classification and compensation policies and procedures. Use independent judgment to supply executive management, leadership, the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Respect (DEIR) Committee and Pro-Equity Anti-Racism (PEAR) team with data and reports to measure strategies designed to improve diversity, equity, inclusion and respect within the workforce.
