Led a cross-functional team that combined marketing campaigns and technology enhancements that integrated the Education services of Investools with thinkorswim.● Presented technology proposals at multiple Board of Director meetings that included two acquisitions and a $25 million SAP deployment.● Developed a new trading platform with easier-to-use interface while keeping robust trading functionality to increase brokerage activity and conversions.● Responsible for 26-person development team and coordinated offshore resources for a multi-year deployment of SAP.
