My position revolves in fostering greater relationships with the international student community in Liverpool.

• Developed team communications and information for campaigns.• Providing effective campaign communications through traditional media as well as social media platforms.• Developing sophisticated social media campaigns that target users via specific targeted demographics.• Processing predicted voter demographics and using statistical analysis to improve positive identifier rate.• Managing a campaign office on election day liaising with volunteers and staff to ensure the greatest efficiency possible in such a time-constrained scenario.

Involved in curating and implementing new training procedures for FAs and ground staff based in Mainland China. The overarching aim of my position was to improve etiquette of Chinese staff in dealing with international customers. My work spanned across China particularly focusing on Beijing (Hainan's main international hub) and as well as Guangzhou which is fast becoming a strategic hub for the airline in its aim to grow its international market.My work environment was in a shared environment consisting of colleagues from numerous nationalities. Working in such an environment helped improve my cultural understanding and it greatly benefited my decision making in a multi-lateral environment. A key role in this job was also the implementation of said training. Due to the nature of the industry and Chinese culture, I took a very hands-on approach to policy implementation. The results of this approach speak for themselves in terms of generating greater understanding of company policy and as well as providing an avenue for staff to communicate their concerns and sugggestions

Based in Shanghai. This position involved being part of a team whose role was to increase company standards and improve the airline's position in the fiercely competitive Chinese market.China Eastern is a company that has experienced tremendous growth over the past ten years and with this growth has come the increasing desire to improve their standards and position in the market. This role placed a heavy emphasis on improving CES soft product. A wide range of policies was implemented to achieve this goal from the introduction of Western Etiquette class to ensuring that new trainees in the company are offered and encouraged to improve their spoken English. Communication with the department responsible for the company's hard product was also further integrated further. This resulted in a well-recieved reception from the public and media when CES revealed their new business class product on their 787 and A350 aircraft.
