I am passionate about creatively sharing stories of the community by documenting compelling moments and sharing them with the audience. I am a longstanding member of the National Press Photographers Association and actively adhere to the NPPA Code of Ethics. I regularly participate in quarterly submissions of stories I produce for review and have been recognized over the years with honors. In my role as Chief Photographer at WCCO-TV and CBS News Minnesota I help guide our staff of passionate Photojournalists, Editors and Multi-Skilled Journalists. I provide regular hands on field camera and video editing training, post-production support, story pitches and critique, and deploy to the field whenever needed to help the team. I also assist with 24/7 emergency technical support to make sure all staff and day parts are positioned for success.
