The versatility of my expertise encompasses over 18 years of experience in international testing, training and coaching, along with designing and implementing innovative exercise and health programs.I hail from the UK where I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science at Leeds Metropolitan University, and later achieved a Masters in Sports Science at Loughborough University.After leaving the UK, I embarked upon my World travels across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, USA and eventually Canada. When I arrived in Vancouver, I was instantly inspired by the city and all of its natural elements that could be utilized as a playground for sport and exercise. I knew I had found my new home. Today I am a resident of Canada and a certified personal trainer and founder of Fully Fit.Over my 10 years in the industry, I have accumulated a great deal of valuable experience. My most notable career highlights include: long-term test and research programs with the Great Britain Swimming team, including accompanying them to the European & British Championships, training and testing Middlesbrough Football Club, Leicester Tigers Rugby club, British Triathlon, and most recently, participating in the pre-season testing for the Vancouver Canucks and UBC Thunderbirds.My motivation and philosophy towards my work is to help clients discover and achieve their FULL FITness potential by building relationships with their trainer. I strongly believe that I can learn just as much from each client as they can from me. I encourage clients to find the fun and enjoyment in exercise whilst simultaneously challenging themselves and working hard. My fun loving demeanour resonates well with clients from all fitness levels, from experienced athletes to those just wanting to improve their lifestyle.
