By adopting modern agile methodologies and lean principles, we've significantly shortened our delivery times, enhancing our ability to respond swiftly and effectively to market demands and customer needs. We're not just building great products; we're shaping the future of our industry through innovation, dedication, and a relentless focus on our customers.In my 15+ years as Managing Director at Method & Class Limited, I led the development and launch of diverse portfolio of digital products. My leadership spanned from the early days of the web, building custom web applications, through to strategising keyless car access apps, innovative medical consultation platforms and pioneering cashless payment systems, during the height of the COVID pandemic. Move Mee is an innovative car hire platform that incorporates Phone as a Key (PaaK) technology for a truly frictionless car hire experience. Every step in the process, from booking, through identity checks and unlocking the vehicle was completed using the mobile app. The platform integrates with various other 3rd party services for identity checking, payments, brokerage and fleet management.
