Design Engineering. Executed all Motorola Team Personnel and Project Planning in the DAC2DAC conversion and IP Head end installs and ensured completion in a timely and proficient manner within vendors’ deployment goals. Managed Digital Addressable Controller activities for Verizon.  Managed inventory and monitored head end equipment, installing and updating new software and patches on all head end equipment.  Implementation and design of Digital Services and Channel Lineups. Perfomed polling scheduling and settop Code Downloads—testing and loading of new code platform and scripts. Troubleshot billing interface and third-party interface (VOD: Guide). Coordinated the configuration changes to the DAC6000 to support interactivity as well as testing and verification.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS Led the tier 1 MSO VOD design and Implementation. Managed all on-site integration and testing of Motorola Equipment in support of interactivity with equipment such as OM1000 (Out-Of-Band QAM Modulator), NC1500 (Network Controller used as a proxy server for the interactive network), RPD2000 (Return Path Demodulator used to convert QPSK RF return to standard IP protocol), and the DAC6000 (Motorola Proprietary Digital Access Controller used to provide conditional access to Digital Consumer Terminals (DCT’s).  Provided configuration documentation and created and facilitated onsite training to personnel and on-site support for the implementation and integration of new features, software versions, and the upgrading and integration of third party equipment.
