With over a decade of engineering and quality assurance experience, I am a QA Engineer at Kasai UK, a leading supplier of automotive interior products. I have a HNC in Manufacturing Engineering and a NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Technical Support (Quality Control).I am an expert in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodology, which I use to ensure the successful development of major automotive projects for global clients. I have extensive knowledge of various manufacturing processes, such as injection moulding, assembly, raw material cutting, sewing, welding, fabrication, machining, and through-hole/surface mount technology. I have worked with numerous products, such as injection mouldings, remote fuel pump controllers, high speed electrical machines, RGB lighting, power electronics and integrated electrical vehicle chargers. I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of production processes, and I work closely with the engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
