I’ve spent my career conceptualizing ideas and developing plans to convert into products and services utilized by individuals. Many of the foods you may have eaten may have a flavor profile or nutritional impact that is the result of one of those ideas. I am considered an expert in market research as I work to predict what you’re going to buy before you know you’re going to buy it. Innovation and vision have been passions of mine that I’ve had opportunity to develop over the past few decades as I’ve worked with the largest global food company, acquired some of the largest restaurant clients, and most recently achieved success with the 4th largest market research organization in the world. I’ve also had multiple opportunities to serve as a consultant and advisor to food service and nutrition collegiate education programs. Notably, I’ve conducted transformational turnarounds of small and large businesses as a strategic business plan consultant. With each venture, I’ve contributed toward profitability and business development including a successful IPO that resulted in a secondary sale. I’ve been quoted on news media outlet as a market research expert and have most recently been key spokesperson for my global employer. I have a gift in analyzing both consumer and B2B markets to help forecast trends and behaviors to result in optimal product development and sales.
