We provide a range of services from local deliveries and collections to long distance trips across the UK. We also offer piano removals, and last but not least, motorbike and small vehicle transportation.

After relocating to Plymouth I have been employed through agency work at the Range Head Office in Plymouth as a logistics analyst/merchandiser. My main responsibilities have included; dealing with store queries, raising purchase/distribution orders, shipping containers from global suppliers, department health checks and general administration.

During my most recent position held within WWAMH, I was employed as a Project Co-ordinator on a 12 month project, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund Wales. Over the last 12 months, I have been responsible for capturing over 30 interviews from ex staff, patients and people from the wider community of St David’s Hospital in Carmarthen through the medium of filmed, audio and written submissions. My duties also included delivering a range of events and workshops promoting the ‘Memories of St David’s Project’ and also successfully leading a team of dedicated volunteers and project assistant. Providing IT support to clients in need of training and resolving computer and mobile device queries. In addition to this, I have created marketing material including flyers, pull up banners, project booklets, website content and promotional videos using Adobe CC applications such as; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.

Continuing my work within the third sector, I had been employed for 2 years as an Information Communication and Technology Officer for WWAMH, being a leading charity within the field of mental health. My role included further website development and IT support/training for various groups, organisations and charities throughout Wales, including examples such as; Hywel Dda University Health Board, Time to Change Wales, Mind, and Hafal. Within this period I had also started up my own project called ‘The Recovery Wall’, where I was responsible for filming, directing and editing interviews from people with lived experiences of Mental Health. This project continues to capture additional stories, which have helped many people throughout their own recovery.

After my graduation at Cardiff University, I had taken place in a 6 month career development program within CAVS as a database development worker. Tasks involved working on the volunteer database, adding website content, producing flyers and newsletters. I had also worked very closely with the CVC media project, which delivered digital engagement through volunteer training, IT and digital media workshops, and operated an internet based community radio station. Following this I was later appointed as the Development Officer for the ‘Celtic Community Link project’, which was funded under the Interreg 4A Ireland Wales 2007-2013. My role being heavily IT orientated, involved maintaining a directory of Carmarthenshire halls, distribution of digital media equipment and the usage of camera/camcorder training, hosting a range of IT workshops, developing community websites and delivering further training on how to maintain/update websites.

Whilst at University I had participated in a 3 month work experience placement scheme. The Re-Create Centre helps promote play to children throughout Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. This is accomplished by hosting a scrap store of reusable's collected from businesses across South Wales, loaning play toys/equipment, providing information, and selling low cost arts and craft materials. Duties whilst at Re-Create included; stock control, customer service, advertising, promotion, marketing, boosting membership.
