Entailed training commercial staff members in a variety of business dependant subjects such as updates or changes to in-house systems (ClaimFLO), Customer Service, Motor Insurance Products, Defendant Credit Hire and Principles of Insurance. Writing training plans, creating learning materials, conducting appraisals and FCA compliancy tests, and providing a high standard of training across departments to enable staff to fulfil their roles.

Taking calls from customers to discuss their motor and home Insurance policies. Main duties within this role were to advise customers on which products would be suitable based on their needs, clarify terms and conditions, explain features and benefits, carry out policy renewals, handle complaints and upsell to other Insurance products.
