I oversee the end-to-end service delivery to Kids Under Cover; this encompasses site plans, permits and compliance from various local authorities, build scheduling, managing suppliers and sub-contractors, budgeting & cost control, defects, reporting and daily operational matters.I am most proud of my approach to what I see as the most critical component, relationship management. I have learnt the processes and identified and understood the client’s needs in this space; and with the help of my team, a stronger than ever working relationship has been built. On the back of that, Harris HMC and Kids Under Cover have improved processes, communication and have an increased unity in how the DPU’s are built for families in need across Victoria.I am delighted to be able to assist in the valuable work that Kids Under Cover do in the community, I am reminded daily of the positive impact this work creates. This position is based on project management and keeps Council facilities (buildings) safe, modern and functional. In this role, the primary task is to identify and deliver programmed maintenance to relevant sites each financial year.Other key tasks involve; budget management, relationship building and management, compliance (inductions, OH&S, contractor management, project handover) and communication/admin.

Day to day liaison with sporting clubs, schools, community groups and residents to facilitate community recreation participation. In this I developed and nurtured sponsorship opportunities, worked with technology to streamline internal processes and managed part time staff.
