Part-time role conducting field research as part of the Covid-19 infection survey for the ONS. Responsibilites include collating information from participants including their potential exposure to Covid-19 and their general health information, as well as providing swab and finger prick kits for the participants to conduct on themselves.

• Responsible for organising travel for a large portfolio of SME's to suit their business needs involving flights, accommodation and vehicle hire among other things• Competent in the use of Galileo and Amadeus with significant knowledge of specialist fares used for SME's and important airline ticket rules• Attend potential new client meetings alongside the business development managers to present Flight Centre Business Travel’s product and service• Attend regular current trading client meetings to ensure everything is going as expected for both parties and to maintain strong relationships• Produce bespoke monthly spend and savings reports along with invoices for each client who have booked travel in that period• Lead generation using Salesforce, social media and internet research in order to build up my personal portfolio
