Plant Hire Coordinator
CurrentFM Conway is a leading infrastructure services company delivering vital services in transportation, the built environment and open spaces for communities and businesses. In this role so far, I have been made first point of contact for half of the divisions within FM Conway, and I have learned:-Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of plant equipment.-Monitoring and managing plant hire costs.-Providing administrative support to the operations team.-Ensure that all deliveries are scheduled as well as dealing with any customer issues that may arise with a calm and friendly manner.-Covering the Small Tools Controller when they are on leave. This involves going into the workshop and deciding which small tools are appropriate to send out - whilst also doing my original role with my divisions.
