Bring your own equipment and make a camp with friends, or travel lite and hire one of our luxury bell tents, and we'll add comfort to the list luxuries. You even get a real bed. We choose inclusive camping over exclusive glamping, any day, so all our luxury bell tents are in the main camping field, ready to be surrounded by friends.We understand our customers and cater for groups, children, pets, campfires, ball games, fun (!) and just about anything else that has historically resulted in a 'NO' sign... and we make it easy; we give our customers an online account, and we let them book everything in advance either online or free on the phone. Joined Peter and Steve to help build DTV Group Ltd from us three, working in a grim loft office near Kings Cross, into a highly successful, international Direct Marketing DRTV agency. Working with the not for profit sector, we led the way in UK TV Fundraising and our work soon spread internationally, where we dominated the sector and opened DTV offices in Hong Kong, Germany, India, Australia and Korea, We made sound and vision inspire others to give to those who really, really needed it. We taught clients how to do this for themselves, how to avoid finding themselves achieving partner organisation objectives, instead of their own, and most important of all, we proved that you don't need to spend daft money on great ideas that translate around the world and raise money for fabulous causes.

Ran a small department selling Reader's Digest products and publications, online and over the phone through the use of Direct Response TV. Digest was the academy. It taught me great techniques, it was the school of spreadsheet Ninjutsu, we worked with a large statistics department and in house creative department to create amazingly effective marketing campaigns. Here, my large calculator was noticed. In 2007 I thought about getting one that does print outs on a till roll, and at that point I realised it was time for a new challenge...

Our job was to convince dealer principles to invest in a CRM system that would help them better target existing customers for new sales, rather than filling up the proverbial leaky bucket at far greater cost. In order to develop it, DP's needed to fund it. The product was strong, the education around it weak. It was in many ways, a lesson on how not to execute a pretty good idea. After a year of this, I quickly decided to buy a one way ticket to the other side of the world and stop taking life so seriously for a year...

This is where I cut my teeth. Started off running direct mail campaigns to small corporate's offering PMI. Went on to run consumer O-T-P newspaper advertising, door drops and magazine inserts.
