In this role, I support nationwide clients, partners, and integration sales team for one of Canada’s largest Collaboration Technology providers, which specializes in reselling meeting room and infrastructure solutions supporting: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Pexip, WebEx, and Zoom. I work directly with clients to understand their current business landscape, identify gaps, and provide appropriate solutions. I deliver support to sales team in managing AV hardware installations, and managing partnerships with vendors. I relocated from Toronto to Victoria in 2015, where I was tasked with establishing Audability’s first West Coast office. I drove efforts to build regional business and build new client relationships across Western Canada. During my tenure, I worked with UBC to deploy School of Medicine's video conferencing infrastructure (Pexip), which enabled medical students to learn remotely across BC and enabled doctors to settle in smaller towns and establish practices.
