Assisted dealers in stores to completed sales and account modifications for customers. Was selected to be a part of a new Sales Support Offline team to complete orders for new activations nationally. Worked closely with a team to create new standards and expectations for the new department.

Worked as a commissioned sales person in the Computer and Digital Imaging departments. Assisted and educated customers with my product knowledge to help them make an informed decision on their purchase and encouraged company services. Also partook in sales training and aided in the set up for the store opening. Joined various company committees to understand and be more involved in events including leading a women's leadership group. Achieved Wave operating certificate.

Responsible for Reception desk including: taking orders from customers, making up orders and bills, organizing payment, checking and responding to all emails and phone calls in timely manner, receiving and shipping of orders, prioritizing all orders, requesting and sending quotes to customers, acting as assistant to shop's Account Executive as well as main contact for customers in shop, design for many items to be printed in Kingston Shop as well as Ottawa locations, completing weekly cash, calling customers when orders are complete. Achieved Government of Ontario Security clearance in order to view classified documents for printing.

Designed and created numerous business cards, wedding invitations, as well as taking charge in problematic order such as fixing files to print properly. Worked as a team with other staff. By working in this position, I learned to talk to difficult customers, multitask to extreme proportions and complete exemplary work in a limited time.
