The production manager is to oversee all aspects of technically producing latitude church’s weekly and weekend services. This position is responsible for building and maintaining the department staff and volunteers needed as well as ensuring the function and repair of all technological equipment in a timely manner. This position is responsible for all IT and inter-webs functionality which includes all production equipment, all network equipment, camera systems, and AV equipment. This position will work closely with the worship pastor to create excellence in every worship experience. Furthermore, this role will engage in successfully carrying out weekly operations and any requests made by the leadership to fulfill the vision of the church.
