Assisting attorney Robert Romano with work related to estate planning such as...- helping compose basic documents related to estate planning such as HIPAA, Health Care Proxy, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney, etc.- Making copies of clients completed estate plans and mailing them out-Assisting with the "Estate Planning Essentials" Workshop at the Quincy Council on Aging hosted by Robert E. Romano

• Served and addresssed the needs of a high volume of approximately 800 patrons each shift• Trained 20 new staff members every semester and ensured they were ready to serve patrons• Monitored stock and weekly inventory of various products

• Reviewed and compiled all relevant documents and confirmed that parties followed all state-specific requirements for the creation of PNC bank affidavits• Received and responded to Discover On-Demands and ensured that that all signed affidavits followed relevant state requirements for almost all 50 states by providing any necessary corrections before completion• Assisted Document Services Manager with various tasks, including letter coding, updating RMS with information related to affidavits, and the creation of Discover Contested affidavits

• Fulfilled up to 195 grocery orders each day during the Covid-19 pandemic and ensured that all orders were completed correctly and on time; distributed and loaded customer orders into their vehicles during their assigned pickup time slot• Communicated with online customers to ensure any problems were resolved and that the customer was satisfied with their online grocery shopping experience

• Conducted research for lawforkids.org and law-related education programs to keep materials current.• Assisted with We the People summer institute, completing any tasks necessary to ensure the program ran smoothly• Prepared materials for law related education programs for distribution to teachers and officers at training programs
