Responsible for overall marketing strategy and operations for an international B2B MarTech company in the institutional space; education, healthcare, government, and religion verticals. Primary efforts focus on brand messaging and awareness, public relations, social presence, SEO, lead nurturing and generation, content and email marketing, thought leadership, internal communications, and sales support. Also charged with management of freelance designers, vendors, and staff. Reports directly to President, responsible for annual marketing plan and budget.

Responsible for leading all marketing and business development efforts for the hospital as well as affiliated clinics and physicians/providers. Efforts include advertising, relationship management, public relations, social media, reputation management, community outreach, internal communications, and associated requisites. Also charged with management of marketing agency, vendors, and staff. Reports directly to CEO and functions as part of Senior Leadership team, therefore responsible for annual marketing budget and ROI reporting.

Responsible for marketing organization and programming for members. Duties include targeted marketing campaigns, branding, member surveys/research, social media, design, website development/maintenance, public relations, email marketing and database management. Intern and staff supervision as needed. Also responsible for planning networking programs for members to positively impact their operational environment and knowledge necessary to remain prosperous. Direct report to President and CEO.

Direct report to the Executive Director. Led a broad spectrum of downtown revitalization and economic development efforts including marketing of downtown, marketing agency management, economic development efforts, business recruitment, volunteer and intern management, marketing research, event planning, and public relations. Hired to market and increase participation of Outdoor Adventure Program offerings. Additionally responsible for managing a variety of student-development efforts, leadership initiatives, and team-building courses. Managed 20 undergraduate staff for ropes course, climbing wall, programs, and events. Supported departmental and University goals and processes related to student retention, peer advising/mentoring, campus tours, orientation activities, and delivery of presentations.

Additional responsibilities include patrolling the beach and ocean areas from an assigned lifeguard tower, patrol vehicle or vessel and perform rescue and accident prevention activities at the beach in an open water environment. Further responsibilities include providing technical direction to lifeguard trainees in an assigned beach area and may be assigned to perform special division activities, such as dispatching, office coordinator, and instructing in lifeguarding techniques. Aspects of the position also include educating and instructing the public on beach, water and other public safety matters.
