As a Human Resources Representative at CNH Industrial, I apply my communications and business skills to support the organizational effectiveness and employee relations of a global leader in the capital goods sector. I started my HR career as an intern at CNH Industrial in May 2023, and progressed to a CO-OP position in August 2023, before being hired as a full-time Representative in January 2024. During this time, I gained hands-on experience in using applicant tracking systems, managing performance reviews, and resolving conflicts. I also contributed to several projects that enhanced the employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction within the company. I graduated from The University of Kansas with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a minor in Business in December 2023. I chose this combination of fields because I am passionate about connecting with people, understanding their needs, and delivering value to them. I also participated in various clubs and activities that helped me develop my leadership, teamwork, and networking skills. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges. I am looking for opportunities to grow my HR expertise and to make a positive impact on the company and its employees.
