The easiest way to describe what I do is that I voice and produce commercials (and other content) that air on terrestrial, streaming, and podcast platforms for iHeart Radio. Some are local to their markets, and some air on all of the stations. It depends on the content or the client.

 Directed and Co-Hosted Community Relations Shows and acted as Assistant Producer as needed, and as Community Relations Producer/Co-Host for Phoenix Police and Fire Dept. shows, educated the public on the importance of everyday safety. Supervise and assign duties to workers engaged in technical control and production. Monitor broadcasts to ensure program conforms to station policies and regulations. Act as liaisons between engineering and production department. Assisted with research, voice overs, and developed beneficial ongoing relationships with local and national media contacts.

 Developed relations with KNIX radio morning show hosts, resulting in participation in the 16th Annual For the Love of Kids Golf Classic, Christmas Drive, personal donations, and sale of Clear Channel T-shirts. Collaborated with Fox Sports Net Arizona on a marketing plan for Adoption Day at the Ballpark, obtaining high visibility advertising and broadcaster mention for the Center during the 3-hour game. Wrote and distributed press releases resulting in local news, radio, and web coverage of events and stories. Developed a strong relationship with Intel Community Relations Dept., increasing volunteers and donations. Developed Center’s print materials and logos and created presentations to keep Board of Directors informed. Nurtured a relationship with the Phoenix Suns Community Relations Dept., resulting in better silent auction items and discussion about becoming a Suns Charity. Assisted with organization of the 16th Annual For the Love of Kids Golf Classic for the Child Crisis Center. Organized and directed the silent and live auction for the Child Crisis Center Gala, from procurement of items to directing the Auction Committee and auctioneer. Sold tickets and tables, procured donors, signage, programs, and print materials for Child Crisis Center Gala.

Produced morning radio show.  Coordinated appearances, giveaways, and agreements, including Wilson Co. giveaways of footballs during Seahawks playoffs; playoff ticket giveaways for fans using the web, and coordinating remote events (a week on Radio Row at Super Bowl in Detroit, and 24-hour, non-stop, playoff show from a Seattle lounge. Developed relationships with local media, media in other markets across the country, and national media. Coordinated activities between sales, marketing, web, management, talent, and clients. Secured agreements with Fox Sports Net PR on regularly scheduled guests and show promotions. Negotiated contracts for ESPN writers for regularly scheduled guests and show promotions. Acted as NFL liaison for all shows; located media manager for weekly teams and secured players as guests. Supervised 6 production staff involved with a radio station morning show. Multitasked with celebrity guests, coordinated sound, catered to hosts’ needs, researched and cold called to keep all on track and give sponsors and advertisers due time.
