Extensive experience in customer service industry. Job responsibilities include: customer service, early morning opening and set-up of shop, evening cleaning and closing tasks, person-in-charge responsibilities (i.e. training new employees, managing scheduling conflicts, conversing with suppliers, etc.). The length of time that I have worked in this position has given me hands-on experience and understanding of the inner-workings of running a business, and has offered opportunities for gaining trust and responsibility in the workplace.
