Corporate Exercise Specialist providing in-person and virtual SMART Path coaching sessions to help UHC employees reach their health and wellness goals. Manage all aspects of fitness for UHC Green Bay campus. Complete SMART Goal sessions, FMS movement assessment, and monthly check-ins to support members. Transition seamlessly into remote offerings and adapt client requests. Create and deliver interactive monthly presentations on current fitness recommendations and topics. Assess client’s ability to perform a planned exercise program geared to safely increase or maintain client strength, endurance, and range of motion/flexibility. Develop exercise program utilizing various exercise modalities in the fitness center and therapeutic pool. Instruct clients through their individualized exercise program and use of the equipment. Monitor client progress and abilities once independent, provide assistance, and adjust program as needed. Assist with Paralympic Goalball strength and conditioning training by enforcing proper lifting technique and implementing appropriate exercise modification. Coordinated addition of new classes to enhance membership experience and retention. Oversee and instruct various Turnstone programs including Fort4Fitness training, ESARC Dream Teens/ADC/Transitions, Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies, Parkinson’s class, USABA national fitness challenge, and personal training. Engage in multiple public speaking events to promote Turnstone’s services.

Conduct individualized orientation sessions to familiarize members with the equipment.Develop fitness center cleaning schedule and task list.
