While continuing to carry out my duties held as Program Coordinator, I have expanded my role into staff training and development. Along with training new team members, I also ensure lesson quality of our existing team and lead staff evaluations.

As the program coordinator and an instructor at Premier Swim Academy, I have helped develop the curriculum and customer interaction procedures to grow our company to a facility serving nearly 2000 students weekly, within a year’s time frame. While I started as a swim instructor teaching vital swim skills across varying age and ability levels, my managerial role has rapidly expanded throughout my time here. Now swift problem solving and effective communication are the main skills I utilize to fulfill my daily duties of ensuring the facility and instructors are operating at peak performance.
